The problem
A typical service job lives in five places: a phone call for the request, texts for the details, photos in someone's camera roll, a spreadsheet for the price, and an email chain when the invoice is questioned. Something always gets lost, and when it does, someone is out of pocket.
FieldOps puts the whole job in one record. The request, the agreed price, the technician's arrival, the photos, the extra work and its reasons, the customer's sign-off and the invoice all sit together, visible to the people who need them.
What we're building
A marketplace that lets customers post work and choose who does it, and a workflow that takes the job from assignment to payment without anyone re-typing anything. Technicians can work solo or as a company with crews. Administrators verify technicians and keep the platform trustworthy.
We're focused on doing the everyday things well: clear scope, honest change management, prompt payment, and records both sides can rely on.
